Fall Fair Help Needed

The Fall Fair is coming along nicely; mahalo to all families who have graciously volunteered to run a booth or help. Here is what we need help with:

Friday, October 29 from after school until finished: Set up Un-Haunted House.

Halloween and/or Fall Decorations. Do you have some? Can you bring them to school for use?

Tents: we need several pop up tents. Have one we can use?

Fall Fair Day Help: we will need help with set-up, volunteers to work the different booths and tables and un-haunted house, take down after event. Can you help in some way?

We are also asking for you to bring in your Jack-O-Lantern(s) from home the day of the Fall Fair so we can use them for props. Please bring that day and take home after the event.

Huakailani Girls: Help with setting up Un-Haunted House, working the Un-Haunted House (and other booths), lower elementary girls dress up as fairies or princess or such to help bring people into the Un-Haunted House. Upper Elementary girls to help set up Un-Haunted House and work shifts the day of event. Available?

Cupcake Walk/Bake Sale items needed. Canned drinks or juice needed for sale at event. No plastic please as Huakailani has jointed Plastic Free Kailua.

Please let us know how you can help.

I will be able to help set up on Friday after school. My husband and I will also be available to help in anyway we can during the fall fair.
